The Badjao Tribe is one of the commonly known about tribes that roamed the country and one of the most oppressed and discriminated tribes. Ever since the modernization of the country they are far from being adjusted to it and are forced to isolate themselves to their own culture and traditions.

With the widespread water pollution, the Badjao tribes has been receiving negative effects that are resulting in health issues that are beyond their capabilities of comprehension. They are not only facing the problem of starvation but children are being forced to be slaves. They are often seen begging on the streets near traffic lights and highways day and night.
